1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using PRACSTER, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Services Provided

PRACSTER is an AI-powered adaptive English learning platform that provides:

• Level placement tests
• Adaptive practice tailored to the user's level
• Level validation and proficiency tests with score estimates
• Learning materials (cheat sheets)
• Affiliate program

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
• One account per user; account sharing is prohibited
• Information provided at registration must be accurate
• We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate these terms

4. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PRACSTER in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Reverse engineer or scrape the service
• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Disrupt the operation of the service

5. Payment and Subscriptions

• Free Trial: Limited access with a daily quota
• Monthly: Rp 79,000 per month
• 6 Months: Rp 379,000 per 6 months
• Yearly: Rp 679,000 per year

Prices may change with prior notice. All payments are final and non-refundable in all circumstances.

6. Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing menu. Access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. There are no refunds for the remaining period.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

All content within PRACSTER (questions, materials, audio, video, design) belongs to PRACSTER and is protected by copyright law. Use without permission is a violation.

8. Affiliate Program

Eligible users may join the affiliate program. Commission details and terms are governed by a separate Affiliate Agreement provided when you register as an affiliate.

9. Learning Records

Test results and achievement records shown in PRACSTER are an internal record of your learning progress. Score estimates are not official TOEFL, TOEIC, or other exam scores, and PRACSTER is not affiliated with ETS or any exam institution. These records carry no guaranteed validity with external institutions.

10. Limitation of Liability

PRACSTER is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for:

• Indirect losses arising from use of the service
• Service disruptions due to force majeure
• The accuracy of a user's learning results
• Recognition of learning records by external institutions

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or disable accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions, with or without notice.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will be resolved amicably, or through the Central Jakarta District Court.
